Director, Content & Communications

Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director, Content & Communications will lead a virtual team of writers and designers to create lead-converting resources, high-traffic blog content, direct and channel sales tools. You will also be responsible for the company website, branding, our influencer programs, our social media presence and events. You will support marketing stakeholders including demand generation and product marketing, as well as our Sales and Product organizations. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the company’s content strategy and plan
  • Manage content creation agencies and freelancers
  • Create 1-2 premium resources each month and smaller pieces to drive lead generation and build awareness
  • Manage production of blog posts on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors and support our SEO strategy

Job Description:

Field Applications Engineer

Job Description:

The Applications Engineer makes WellAware’s products a reality for our customers. They will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to implement and manage the deployments of WellAware’s solutions. While working with customers they will gather product/solution requirements, identify possible gaps, and assist internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deployments. This person also acts as an important internal consultant, providing technical expertise needed to a variety of internal teams, ensuring that the company’s products and solutions are properly vetted before implementation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete understanding of WellAware’s products, their design, operating principles, construction and applications. Understand the features and benefits of each product.
  • Install WellAware Hardware onto third party equipment (PLCs, Sensors, Flow Meters, etc.).
  • Assist Sales and Product teams by researching new product/market opportunities, and providing technical briefs around suggested integrations, implementations and general product direction.
  • Design, implement and manage Sales and Marketing product demonstrations. Assist in the testing of all new technologies and products, providing detailed feedback to internal teams to ensure successful deployments and evaluations.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to develop field-hardened and best-in-class solutions.

Sales Engineer

Job Description:

The Sales Engineer will support the Regional Account Managers as well as Business Development Executives by becoming a Subject Matter Expert in the solutions WellAware provides. He/She will lead the technical conversations in addition to demonstrating our capabilities on daily basis within our target markets to solve problems and uncover new opportunities to serve our customers.   • Client Success Specialist

    Job Description:

    The Client Success Specialist is responsible for the onboarding and supporting of WellAware customers throughout their customer lifespan. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely configuration of each customer’s WellAware product as well as supporting them while meeting SLAs and important deadlines. The Client Success Specialist is critical to maintaining an engaged, healthy customer base.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer calls, emails, and help desk tickets in a prompt and professional manner, meeting or exceeding SLAs
    • Serve as primary technical contact to customer during project implementation process and post-implementation
    • Manage support documentation and knowledge base
    • Serve as the first level of technical support, using available tooling to solve client problems and respond to immediate client needs
    • Receive and filter product feedback from customers and communicate to Client Success Manager.
    • Configure software systems to collect and distribute customer data from field devices, including polling engine configuration, front-end software configuration, and enterprise integration systems
    • Configure first- and third-party hardware to match customer application requirements
    • Work with client success and field operations teams to validate data streams from field devices
    • Document configuration and application specific settings for consumption by internal and external team members
    • Assist in troubleshooting and reconfiguring software and hardware to solve customer problems

    Client Advocate

    Job Description:

    The Client Advocate is exactly what the title describes: the primary advocate for the client within WellAware. The Client Advocate’s main objectives are to help customers get the most out of WellAware: increasing customer usage and satisfaction, providing onboarding and support project management, and engaging the client with ongoing, proactive communication which seeks to increase the client’s usage rate and satisfaction with WellAware products and services. In addition to providing support, the Client Advocate actively collects feedback from customers, faithfully documents needed capabilities and feature requests, and when necessary lobbies internal functional groups to respond to client demands.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serves as the primary liaison between WellAware and its clients
    • Analyzes customer data and specific use cases to suggest proactive solutions to problems
    • Identifies new features for customers to improve their experience and increase revenue via add-on products and services.
    • Promotes optimal usage of WellAware products within each account
    • Conducts occasional webinars to allow users from all customer groups to engage with WellAware product best practices
    • Develops white papers and other industry best-practices documentation which supports and differentiates WellAware products and services
    • Manages and quarterbacks onboarding and support projects
    • Conducts project kickoff meetings to ensure all involved functional groups have the information required to perform onboarding tasks
    • Works with Client Success Specialists to ensure on time delivery of products to the customer
    • Communicates project status to Client Success Manager and client at all project milestones
    • Performs new user software training sessions, on-site or via web meeting
    • Ensures that all products and services meet WellAware defined product standards and that all customer required capabilities are met
    • Manages and sends client feedback surveys (NPS) and newsletters
    • Performs routine communication check-ins to ensure client satisfaction, documenting all client feedback
    • Evaluates effectiveness of support tooling
    • Identifies shortcomings of support tooling and reports findings to the Client Success Manager
    • Prioritizes and suggests possible improvements to tooling which would improve service quality
